Refund Policy

Effective date: August 9, 2026

All payments for Sōngyǐn are processed by our Merchant of Record (Paddle / Lemon Squeezy). One-time reading purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the reading was not viewed. Subscription payments are refundable within 14 days of the charge for the first period; after that, cancelling stops future charges and access continues to the end of the paid period.

To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your receipt email; we will process it through the processor's refund system.

Note: the processor's own terms apply as the final authority on refunds.
